When you engage with Full Circle AI services, we collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, or is reasonably capable of being associated with you or your organization. This includes Direct Identifiers (such as names, corporate email addresses, and secure authentication credentials) and Technical Data (such as IP addresses, API interaction logs, and cryptographic signatures). We strictly limit data ingestion to fields explicitly authorized by your administrative team during the onboarding process.
2. How We Use Information

- Your proprietary data is NEVER used to train shared public models.
- We actively monitor systems to prevent unauthorized access.
The information collected is utilized exclusively to fulfill our contractual obligations to your enterprise. This includes provisioning dedicated LLM processing nodes, authenticating user sessions via Single Sign-On (SSO), and generating auditable usage reports. Full Circle AI employs isolated tenant architectures, ensuring that machine learning operations performed on your datasets do not cross-pollinate with or enhance algorithms utilized by other corporate clients.
3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

- You are notified immediately of any legally required disclosures.
We strictly adhere to a zero-sale policy regarding corporate and personal data. Access is granted only to our vetted subprocessors (such as SOC2 Type II certified cloud hosting providers) who are bound by stringent Data Processing Agreements (DPAs). These subprocessors are authorized to process data solely to maintain platform infrastructure. If compelled by lawful request from public authorities, we commit to reviewing the legality of the request and notifying you prior to disclosure, provided we are legally permitted to do so.
